Digital Products (Ebooks)

Ethos Empire sells digital ebooks and guides through Gumroad (ethosempire.gumroad.com). All purchases are processed directly by Gumroad, and their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to those transactions.

Refund Policy — Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all ebook and digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or the download link has been accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Licence for Personal Use

When you purchase an ebook from Ethos Empire, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload any purchased ebook
You may not share download links with others
You may not use the content to create derivative works for commercial sale

Section 4

Physical Merchandise

All physical merchandise (hoodies and apparel) is fulfilled and shipped by Printful through our storefront at ethosempireo.printful.me. Purchases are subject to Printful's own Terms of Service and policies.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are determined by Printful based on your location and selected shipping method. We do not control shipping carriers or delivery timescales. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our merchandise is made-to-order on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact Printful directly with photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. Printful will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed defects.

Dispute Resolution & No Class Action

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact Ethos Empire directly and give us a reasonable opportunity — no less than 30 days — to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative action against Ethos Empire. All claims must be brought individually, not as part of a group or class.

This clause does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court to prevent irreparable harm (for example, in cases of intellectual property infringement or brand impersonation).

Force Majeure

Ethos Empire shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Platform outages or failures by third-party services (Gumroad, Printful, hosting providers)
Internet or telecommunications failures
Government actions, laws, or regulations
Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
Cyberattacks, hacking, or denial-of-service attacks
War, terrorism, civil unrest, or acts of violence

In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the disruption. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users and resume normal operations as quickly as possible. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination of Access

Ethos Empire reserves the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to our website and any associated products or services if we determine that:

You have attempted to circumvent our no-refund policy through chargebacks or fraud

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases already made. Purchases completed prior to termination remain non-refundable in accordance with our digital products policy.

Harmful Content & Reporting

Ethos Empire is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. We take reports of harmful content seriously and will act swiftly when notified.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery — TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025)

In compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, signed into US federal law in May 2025, if you discover any non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or AI-generated intimate imagery appearing in connection with our brand, website, or any affiliated content, please report it to us immediately.
